Our Story

We started as furniture importers. For over 15 years, we've been shipping sofas, TV stands, wardrobes, and entertainment centers to customers across the United States — everything from small parcel shipments via FedEx and UPS to LTL freight deliveries on pallets.

Along the way, we learned exactly how painful it is to find warehouse space for bulky goods. Traditional 3PLs would quote us $2-3 per square foot in metro areas. They'd hit us with "floor storage penalties" because our furniture couldn't be racked. They'd lock us into long-term contracts that didn't flex with seasonal demand.

So we built the warehouse we always wished existed. 245,000 square feet of floor space in Upstate New York. Simple pricing at $0.50 per square foot. No long-term contracts. No penalties for storing products the way they need to be stored.

Now we're opening that space to other brands dealing with the same challenges we faced. If you sell furniture, appliances, fitness equipment, mattresses, or anything else that doesn't fit the standard 3PL model — we built this for you.

What We Know About Bulky

Shipping a 150-pound TV stand is different from shipping a shoebox. We've done it thousands of times. We know about curbside delivery appointments, LTL freight claims, and why you need to inspect packages before signing. We know that one scratched finish means a return, and returns on furniture are expensive.

We know that floor space is your biggest cost when inventory doesn't stack. We know that seasonal demand means you need flexibility — not 24-month commitments. We know that finding a warehouse willing to take oversized goods at a reasonable rate feels impossible.

That's why we exist. We're not a traditional 3PL trying to squeeze bulky goods into a model built for small parcels. We're furniture people who built a warehouse specifically for products like ours — and yours.
